I found the above meme while wandering the Internet. To be honest, I have implemented a lot of what they speak about in this Popular Science article. I tend to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, whether of not it’s the weekend or not. Doing this and making sure I’m in bed earlier during the week has really improved my alertness. I’ve been tracking my sleep using a fitbit and this has helped me get into a better sleep routine. I’m now finding that I’m better able to handle stress and deal with my kids. It’s not perfect but I feel like I’m doing better.
So far so good…I haven’t had too many days where I envy the screaming rooster. 🙂
