The Emporium of Lost Thoughts 
…I don’t get why it’s considered weird or unconventional for people to leave ‘Christmas’ lights up through the winter. Streets look so much nicer where there are people — even if it’s because they’re too lazy to take them down — who leave their lights up for a few extra weeks.
We still have our “Christmas” lights up and we still turn them on. It makes the house look a little festive in such a dreary month.
